Saunders Mountain Deer Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. meat tenderizer
    2 tsp. onion powder
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2/3 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. water
    dab of hickory smoke
Preparation
    Add all ingredients together and put in a quart Mason jar. Add thinly sliced deer meat; cover and let set for 12 to 18 hours. Hang dry over wood stove or oven dry (very low temperature) for 6 to 8 hours.
