Orange Fluff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 graham crackers
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. gelatin
3/4 c. hot water
1 sq. orange peel (no white), cut in strips
2/3 c. orange juice
1 tsp. artificial sweetener
2 egg whites
Preparation

Crumble graham crackers in bowl.
Combine cold water and gelatin; whip until mixed.
Add hot water and orange peel.
Grate until finely chopped.
Add orange juice and artificial sweetener. Pour into bowl; chill until mixture has set 3/4 way down.
Beat egg whites until frothy.
Fold in egg whites; chill.
Sprinkle crackers over top.
