Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 or 3 beaten eggs
    3 c. cut, raw rhubarb
Preparation
    Blend flour, sugar, nutmeg and butter; add egg.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour over rhubarb in a 9-inch pie shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
