Garlic-Herb Crusted New York Strip(Yield: 10 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 garlic cloves
    8 sage leaves
    4 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
    4 tsp. olive oil
    4 tsp. salt
    1-1/2 tsp. black pepper
    5 lb. New York Strip Roast
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients in food processor; blend until finely chopped and paste forms. Pat meat dry and rub herb paste all over roast. Cover; chill at least 3 hours. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Keep refrigerated.)
