Hazelnut Drops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, separated
2/3 c. finely ground hazelnuts
Preparation

Into large bowl, measure 1 tablespoon water and remaining ingredients, except egg white and hazelnuts.
With mixer at medium speed, beat ingredients until well mixed, scraping bowl. Refrigerate dough until easy to handle.
