Creamy Lime Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve liquid)
    1 1/2 c. water (including pineapple juice)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lime jello
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation
    Add enough water to reserve pineapple liquid to measure 1 1/2 cups; heat to boiling.
    Pour boiling liquid into gelatin; stir until dissolved.
    Refrigerate until gelatin is slightly thickened, but not set.
    Beat softened cream cheese into slightly thick jello until mixture is fluffy and cheese is in tiny pieces.
    Place in mixer and beat at low speed.
    Mix pineapple and whipped topping into jello/cheese mixture.
    Pour into 4-cup mold and chill until firm.
