Chopped Chicken Livers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. chicken livers
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large skillet, saute onion in oil until tender; add livers and saute until just barely pink inside when cut slightly with a knife, about 10 minutes.
    Cool a little.
    Chop livers and eggs finely; stir in mayonnaise.
    Serves 4.
