Granny'S Easy Risotto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken (in pieces)
    1 stick margarine
    6 celery ribs, diced
    2 onions, diced
    4 c. water
    salt to taste
    3 c. rice
    6 c. hot tap water
    2 c. mushrooms
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. saffron
Preparation
    Place chicken in a large pot with margarine.
    Fry until slightly tan.
    Add celery and onions.
    Cook until translucent. Add 4 cups of water and salt. Cook until tender.
    Remove chicken. Cool.
    Cut into small chunks.
