Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium size green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. steak sauce
1/4 c. tomato ketchup
Preparation

Slice stem ends from peppers; scoop out seeds.
Blanch in boiling salted water 5 minutes.
Drain well.
Combine ground beef, onions, rice, steak sauce and ketchup.
Stuff peppers.
Arrange in greased baking dish.
Top with extra sauce, if desired.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 45 to 50 minutes or until meat is cooked.
