Pineapple Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. flour
    3 to 4 c. grated carrots
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves and salt. Beat together the sugar and oil until well blended and adding one egg at a time.
    Add vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients, beating well after each addition. Combine nuts with 1 teaspoon flour. Stir in nuts, carrots and pineapple. Pour into greased and floured sheet pan.
    Bake at 370\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Cool on rack. Best frosted with cream cheese icing.
