Ingredients

2 sticks butter or 1 c. oleo
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1 c. sweet milk
1/2 tsp. each: coconut and almond flavoring
1 can flaked coconut
Preparation

Cream butter, shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add flour and milk alternately.
Add flavoring; stir in coconut.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Place in a cold oven.
Set the temperature at 350\u00b0.
Bake for one hour and 15 minutes, or until done.
