Seafood And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fresh mushrooms
2 c. celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 c. pimiento, chopped
2 c. mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 c. uncooked white rice
1 c. uncooked wild rice
3 c. shrimp
1 lb. crabmeat
Preparation
-
Saute mushrooms, celery, onion and pepper.
Add pimiento and soup.
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Add whole shrimp and crabmeat to cooked rice.
Moisten with milk to medium consistency.
Spoon into casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Yields 12 servings.
