Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked squash, drained and mashed
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 stick margarine, melted
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. whole or evaporated milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 to 1 1/2 c. herb stuffing
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle top with additional 1 1/2 cups herb stuffing.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 10.
