Sausage Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. brown sugar
    1 c. hot coffee
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. flour
    1 2/3 c. English walnuts
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (1 lb.) box raisins
    3 apples, grated
Preparation
    Combine sugar, sausage and hot coffee.
    Take a little hot coffee out and dissolve soda.
    Combine all dry ingredients; mix well.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    May be stored as a fruit cake.
