Chicken Tinola(Chicken Stew) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium chicken, cleaned and cut into pieces
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. garlic crushed
    2 Tbsp. onions, sliced
    1 Tbsp. crushed ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    5 c. water
    spinach, cleaned and sorted
    4 yellow chilies
    dash of ground pepper
Preparation
    Saute garlic, onions, ginger and chicken.
    Season with salt and ground pepper.
    Simmer over moderate heat for 10 minutes.
    Add water and bring to a boil.
    Simmer for 25 minutes.
    Add green spinach leaves and cook for 2 minutes.
    Add yellow chilies and cook for 3 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 6.
