Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can fruit cocktail, drained
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 large eggs
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix fruit cocktail, sugar, soda, salt, flour and eggs, mixing well for about 2 minutes.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Sprinkle top with brown sugar and serve with whipping cream or ice cream, if desired.
    Use 9 x 12-inch pan.
