Dave'S Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box white mushrooms, sliced
1 box crimini mushrooms, sliced
1 large sweet onion
1 large clove garlic
large pinch of thyme
2 cans beef broth
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 cans water
2 carrots, sliced (optional)
fresh ground pepper

Preparation

No salt needed in soup. Broth and bouillon have plenty.
