Coconut Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add milk, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla.
Cook 5 to 8 minutes or until thick.
Add coconut and pecans.
