Baked Penne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. penne pasta
    1 can spaghetti sauce
    1 can mushrooms
    4 oz. Mozzarella, grated
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan
    1/2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Brown beef and boil pasta to package directions.
    Drain both. Drain mushrooms.
    Mix all ingredients and put in 9 x 9-inch pan and top with more Mozzarella.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
