Bill'S Turkey Chili With Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey
    2 c. chopped onion, sauteed with meat
    1 c. chopped celery
    45 oz. canned pinto beans, drained
    45 oz. red kidney beans, drained
    5 Tbsp. chili powder or to taste
    4 tsp. salt
    54 oz. canned tomatoes with juice, cut up
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    15 oz. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Simmer 1 hour or until somewhat thickened.
    To thicken, use flour.
    Make a paste with 3 tablespoons and add slowly.
    Hotter? Add 4 ounce can diced Ortega green chilies.
