Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine margarine, sugar and eggs.
    Add dry ingredients and mix.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Make dough into balls about the size of a walnut.
    Roll in mixture of 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Do not flatten.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 10 to 12 minutes, until just lightly browned.
