Blue Cheese Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. shredded cabbage
1/2 lb. Blue cheese
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. minced onion
3/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

In a large bowl toss cabbage and Blue cheese.
Chill 1 hour (covered).
Mix all other ingredients except oil.
Add oil in a stream, whisking until emulsified.
Chill 1 hour.
Pour dressing over cabbage; mix well.
