Ann Jillian'S Turkey Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh ground turkey meat
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    15 oz. can Health Valley Brand natural tomato soup or another brand
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm herbed seasoned stuffing mix
    1 clove fresh garlic
    1 c. Italian cheese (Asiago brand or mixture of 2 or 3 of your favorites), grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl by hand.
    Pack into a 9-inch greased loaf pan (glass preferred).
    Cook at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Leave out of oven for 3 minutes.
    Slice and serve.
    Serve with real mashed potatoes, creamed corn and early baby peas.
    Gravy from meat loaf is just right on potatoes.
