Chocolate Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cubes margarine
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    1 large Cool Whip (16 oz.)
    1 large box instant chocolate pudding and 2 3/4 c. milk
    8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese (at room temperature)
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Crust:
    Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan in oven.
    Remove. Add flour and nuts.
    Mix.
    Pat in pan and return to oven.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove and cool.
