Braised Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/4 lb. stew meat
    1/2 c. onions
    1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
    1 1/2 c. tomato puree
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add onions and peppers.
    Add puree.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
