Emerald Isle Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup
    2 Tbsp. green creme de menthe
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped or Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add pineapple with syrup and creme de menthe.
    Chill until thickened, stirring often.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Spoon into 1-quart mold.
    Chill until firm.
