Chinese Chews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together; mix with beaten eggs.
    Roll into little balls, then roll in granulated sugar.
    Place on floured cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
