Bacon-Cheese Crackers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grated Swiss cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 to 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. chopped onion (optional)
1/2 tsp. celery salt
30 rye bread rounds (crackers)
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients; blend well.
Spread cheese mixture on each round.
Broil until mixture is hot and bubbly.
Serve hot or cold.
