Candy Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 c. pecan halves

Preparation

Beat egg white until a soft peak forms.
Gradually mix in brown sugar and vanilla flavoring.
Fold in pecan halves.
Grease cookie sheet well.
Place pecan halves 1/2-inch apart.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
