Fudge Topped Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, melted
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. unsifted flour
    1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    3 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine butter, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, eggs, milk and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla.
    Beat well. Stir in nuts.
    Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 40 minutes.
