Pork Spareribs(Costine Di Maiale) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rack of ribs
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. barbecue sauce (see recipe)
Preparation
    Place washed ribs
    on
    large
    baking pan.
    Sprinkle all over with poultry
    seasoning,
    salt,
    pepper
    and garlic salt. Add 1/2 cup water to
    pan and cover with tinfoil.
    Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
    They will be very tender.
    Heat barbecue grill until very hot.
    Place slab of ribs on grill and brown about 6 to 7 minutes on
    each
    side.
    Baste browned ribs with barbecue sauce and brown 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
    Place on cutting board and cut through to make nice single rib portions.
    Makes 2 to 3 servings.
