Soup Bean Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. cooked drained pinto beans (reserve juice for icing)
2 eggs
3 raw diced apples
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Add beans, apples, raisins and vanilla.
Add to dry ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
