Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
1 stick celery, cut up
2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick margarine
4 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
Preparation

Cook potatoes and onions in water.
Season with salt and pepper to taste when potatoes and celery are tender.
If potatoes are too large, you may cut smaller.
Add milk and margarine.
Mix flour or cornstarch for thickening; stir constantly as you add this to your other ingredients until thickened.
