Tuna-Cream Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) can tuna, drained
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    In medium bowl flake tuna; stir in all ingredients until mixed.
    Cover and refrigerate.
