Brown Trout With Oatmeal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large trout (pan dressed)
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. butter
    melted butter
    juice from 2 lemons
    1 c. flour
    1 c. oatmeal flakes
    lemon slices for garnish
Preparation
    Season trout with lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Dip in flour, then egg.
    Press lightly in oatmeal flakes.
    Put in hot pan with melted butter and fry about 5 minutes per side. Garnish with lemon slices and pour melted butter over trout.
