Pork Liver - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork liver, cut in cubes
2 Tbsp. fat
1/4 c. flour
1 small onion, minced
2 c. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
salt and pepper
Preparation

Fry liver in fat very slowly; add flour and onion and cook 20 to 30 minutes.
Add water, vinegar, salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
