Cranberry Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. cornmeal
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. cranberries, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
    Stir in egg, milk and oil.
    Fold in cranberries and spoon into greased muffin tin.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Yield:
    12 muffins.
