Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 beaten egg yolks
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. hot water
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Into top of a double boiler, over boiling water, add all ingredients.
Keep stirring constantly.
Begins to thicken in about 5 minutes.
Makes 1 cup.
