Christmas Wassail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. apple cider
    4 c. fresh orange juice (about 9 oranges)
    1/3 c. fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
    1/2 c. honey
    4 (3-inch) sticks cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large Dutch oven.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove and discard cinnamon sticks.
    Serve hot.
    Yields 14 cups.
