Chicken Rice Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken (3 legs and 3 thighs)
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Brown
    chicken in margarine;
    add water; cover.
    Simmer for 25 minutes.
    Take chicken out; add rice, soup and vegetables. Bring
    to
    boil.
    Take
    off
    heat
    and
    let stand for 5 minutes. Serve on plate with chicken on top.
