Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch celery
    1 green pepper
    3 medium onions
    1 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    4 lb. chuck roast
Preparation
    Chop vegetables and meat into bite-size pieces.
    Combine all ingredients and pour into a Dutch oven, covering tightly.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for six hours.
    Shred with a fork and serve on hard rolls.
