Chocolate Amaretto Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chocolate crumbs
    1 c. chopped almonds
    1/3 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. softened butter
    1 1/2 lb. soft cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. Amaretto
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine chocolate crumbs, almonds, sugar and softened butter.
    Pat mixture onto bottom and sides of a buttered 9 1/2-inch spring-form pan.
    Then cream together cream cheese and sugar.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add heavy cream, Amaretto and vanilla. Beat until light.
    Pour batter into spring-form pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
    Spread on cake and bake for 5 minutes more.
    Cool on rack completely and chill overnight.
    Remove sides of pan and transfer cake to a stand.
    Press sliced blanched almonds, lightly toasted around top edge.
