Tangy Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
    2 c. shredded romaine lettuce
    1 medium red onion
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Thaw peas.
    In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, pickle relish and mustard.
    Shred lettuce.
    Cut onion into half rounds by halving onion and slicing each half.
