Spanish Pork Chopsceres, California - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    Salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 16 oz. cans stewed tomatoes
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
    Brown meat in hot shortening.
    Drain.
