Gramp'S Chocolate Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour (plain)
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Alternate flour mixture and milk.
    Put in vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Use 3 or 4 round pans.
    Fill 1/2 full with batter in each pan to make several layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
