Peanut Butter Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. plus 6 Tbsp. buttermilk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour, unsifted
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a saucepan, combine 1 cup butter, 1/4 cup cocoa, water, 1/2 cup buttermilk and eggs.
    Stir constantly over low heat until mixture bubbles.
    In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour and baking soda.
    Stir hot mixture into dry ingredients.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread mixture evenly into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake 25 minutes until firm to touch in center.
    Cool.
