Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy mix
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Monterey Jack grated cheese with jalapeno peppers
    2 eggs
    extra Jalapeno peppers (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Save a little cheese to place on top.
    Grease an iron skillet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
