Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. celery, diced
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 lb. fresh, cooked shrimp
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Cook onion, celery and garlic in oil until light and yellow. Add tomatoes and seasonings.
    Simmer 40 minutes.
    Add shrimp. Cook 10 minutes longer. Serve on hot steamed rice.
