Pancit(A Dish From The Philippines) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, diced about an inch*
    1 pkg. pancit canton (dried Philippine noodles)
    30 pieces snow peas, cut French-style, about an inch
    1 big red pepper, diced about an inch
    1 medium size green pepper, diced about an inch
    2 stems broccoli, cut into flowerets
    2 pieces carrots, cut French-style
    any veggies you want that will add color
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 big onion, sliced
    2 stems scallions, sliced
    6 dashes Mrs. Dash
    1 dash garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
Preparation
    Boil the diced chicken in a large pot, 3/4 filled with water. Put 2 dashes of Mrs. Dash or any herbs if you have and 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce.
    Drain the chicken and put aside the broth.
