Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 carrots, shredded
10 dates, chopped
1/4 fresh pineapple, cubed
1/3 c. cashew pieces
2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour 1/3 cup fresh squeezed carrot juice over all as needed to moisten.
